You will burn calories, increase strength, and gain street awareness techniques. Sergeant Muñeca of WNHP has 20+ years as a AFAA/NASM certified fitness instructor and has been combating rogue d!ck both nationally and internationally. Aware & Fit Bootcamp utilizes conventional, medicine balls, and unconventional fitness equipment like dildos (real life simulation). Sing up, show up, get shredded, and be safe!
